Not sure where to have your holiday event this season? Look no further than St. John’s University! On December 12th, join Cheryl and Tamara from the Office of Conference Services at a Holiday Open House from 10am-1pm.
This festive brunch will provide insight about event venues, overnight accommodations, and event services offered at all three New York City St. John’s campuses.
St. John’s Office of Conference Services has been providing classrooms, meeting rooms, and auditoriums for affordable rental fees to businesses and organizations from Queens and beyond.
Each year St John’s hosts and facilitates about 20,000 event for both large and small scale audiences. Several organizations across the borough have all hosted successful events thanks to St John’s Conference Services.
Previously endorsed by Tom Grech, Executive Director of the Queens Chamber of Commerce and Brett Swanson, Manager of Committee Development & Member Engagement at the QCC, SJU is an esteemed yet economical option.
All are welcome to join for this festive and informative event. Guided tours of the venues and accommodations will be taking place at 10:30 am and 12:30 pm in the Faculty Club located in Sun Yat Sen Memorial Hall.
