Hoops & Networking Event at St. John’s University

On Wednesday, February 12th, Join BQE Media & The Queens Chamber of Commerce as they team up to host the 3rd annual Hoops & Networking Event at St. John’s University.

The event is hosted by St. John’s Conference Services, the team responsible for orchestrating hundreds of events in various spaces on SJU campus each year.

Business professionals from around Queens and NYC will meet at the Faculty Club Lounge on SJU Campus at 6:30pm to eat and network, and then at 8:30 will transition to Carnessecca Arena to watch the St. John’s Men’s Basketball team face off against Providence.

The event kicks off at 6:30pm with a buffet style dinner, followed by coffee and dessert. Last year, SJU Athletic Director spoke to attendees. WFAN radio host, John Jastremski also shed some light regarding the state of SJU Basketball.

A single ticket is $50, and includes dinner, dessert, and a ticket to the SJU vs. Providence Men’s Basketball game. Click here to purchase your ticket.

Similar to years past, representatives from businesses in various industries are expected to attend; banking and finance, insurance, legal, real estate, security… you name it. If you’re looking to connect with a specific business and/or industry, this event has proven to be worthwhile and enjoyable for all.

BQE & QCC are donating $500 of event proceeds to the Addabbo Medical Centers in Queens.
