This is going to be a monumental 2018 for Sears Maid Services. When I started working for Sears, residential cleanings were prevalent. While we take great pride in servicing our residential customers, our commercial accounts are skyrocketing.
We have been hired by restaurants, churches, synagogues, hair salons and institutions of higher learning. With the growing economy and thriving businesses in Queens, it’s important to evolve. Sears Maid Services is becoming a staple in the commercial cleaning realm.
Whether it’s a private home office or public waiting room, cleanliness positively impacts a business. According to Jay Conrad Levinson, “if people see that your premises are neat, they assume that’s the way you do business.” Based on a telephone survey conducted by Harris interactive, 94 percent of people surveyed would not return to an establishment if they encountered a dirty restroom.

Our commercial services include emptying and wiping down trash receptacles, sweeping and mopping tiled floors, and vacuuming carpets, upholstery and mats. In addition, we wipe down baseboards and dust vents and clean mirrors and door handles.
Our Sears maids spot clean walls, damp wipe doors and jams. We dust blinds, wipe ceiling vents, and wash windows and sills. Bathrooms are sanitized and disinfected as well.
Although, our office hours are 9 a.m. to 5 p.m., Monday through Saturday, we will make exceptions if necessary. We will work before or after business hours and on Sunday to meet the needs of our commercial customers. We understand the daily scheduling demands for banks, day care centers and various other businesses.
